  • Wichita district attorney announced that no charges would be filed against an officer who fatally shot John Paul Quintero last year. Unarmed Quintero was shot dead by a Wichita officer in January 2015 when he became “belligerent” and reached for his waistband. • A surveillance video of the San Francisco police shooting of Luis Gongora shows officers firing beanbag bullets and seven shots within 30 seconds of encountering Gongora with a knife. Officers claim they shot Gongora after he threatened them with a knife.
